I’m Ada Amina, a writer, director, and cinematographer recently graduated with Honors from NYU Tisch. After four years of honing my craft in the competitive New York circuit, I am relocating to Oslo, bringing with me a perspective that balances technical precision with a deep, personal commitment to storytelling.

My approach to filmmaking has undergone a significant shift—from high-pressure management to grounded leadership. I’ve learned that the best work happens when you trust your "village." I view filmmaking not as a solitary task, but as an invitation for a crew to collaborate in a creative sanctuary. I thrive in the space between the technical glamour of a large set and the raw, emotional intimacy of a human portrait.

Through my films and photography, I aim to capture the essence of the human experience with a unique visual signature.
